| Notes | A woman with mental problems and repressively religious beliefs lives in a small town. Her husband is a North Sea oil rigger away for long periods. His wife prays he will return to stay at home. Then there is an accident and he becomes a quadriplegic. She looks after him feeling guilty for having prayed for his return. Soon he's bored in bed and asks her to have sex with other men and come back and tell him about it. This leads to problems. This deserves more said about it. There are longer reviews at IMDB and also Edinburgh Film Society has a review (sorry no url). Apparently the film is based on a Danish fairy story "Golden Heart."
