| | Notes | An FBI hit squad is terminating serial killers (quite neat when you consider the hardest part is finding serial killers). Two other FBI agents set out to find the renegades. Their mentor is an ex-FBI agent who is in a wheelchair. There seems little point in asking why he is in a wheelchair in such a worthless thriller but this kind of prop is not uncommon. See Sabotage (1996). There is little suspense and few thrills which is made up for with a good portion of gore.
