| Notes | First the bad news, this is an awful film but the good news is that the same story is used for "The Horse Whisperer" A young girl falls off her horse. One moment she's in a hospital bed the next she's being pushed around in a wheelchair by her dad. The girl just stares into space so dad seeks out a therapist who uses horses. Crucial difference, unlike THW the therapist is a woman and it's dad who falls in love with her. Dad of course is a lone dad and the therapist is single. There's also a cute dog and a wise Native American. The acting is as though they're all reading from an auto cue and there's an incredible sub-plot involving a French woman wanting to buy a horse which she later attempts to steal. She speaks with a French accent after the school of Dick Van Dyke cockney. There are also long periods of 'silence' filled with sloppy music.
