| Notes | Silent, B/W and Colour A musical with music based on Franz Lehar's operetta. An American widow travels to Ruritania with her dance troupe. During her performance on stage two princes and a baron fall for her. There follows much orgiastic mayhem but she eventually marries the baron. But the baron is a foot fetishist and on their wedding night while making love to her feet he has a seizure and is paralysed. During the months he is paralysed her other wooers pay court. When the king dies the baron becomes king but is assassinated and one of the princes takes the throne with the widow at his side.
