A ruler rich and dying gives instructions for his body to be flown to the U.S. Where his brain is to be transplanted in another's body. But there's a mistake over bodies by his "deformed, idiot henchman" and his brain is put in someone who is 'feeble-minded' and a monster is created. I've filed this under General since it would be an insult to Learning Difficulties, and there is also a scene involving a dwarf and women chained in the basement.
