| Notes | Their marriage on the rocks, the wife is ready to leave and he steals her money. She leaves and he has a stroke. So she comes back to look after him. He's supposed to need 24hr nursing but is able to get up stairs with her help. He's able to propel himself in a wheelchair. A bit odd since a stroke often leaves a person partially paralysed down one side so he'd end up going in circles. The wife falls in love with a garage mechanic. He's a really good mechanic who's also a good cook and dresses like a writer. He repairs her car even though she hasn't got the money (this is where suspension of disbelief collapses). She has to work to pay for her husband's care. Not much light thrown on anything.
