Title | Cat Ballou (1965) | Alternative/Original Title | | Disability | Disfigurement Alcoholism | Country | USA | Length | 96 | Genre | Comedy Western | Rating | 4 | Director | Elliot Silverstein
| Cast | Jane Fonda Lee Marvin Michael Callan Dwayne Hickman Tom Nardini
| Notes | One of the few comic westerns that works well. Marvin plays the dual roles of the drunken gunfighter and the hired gunman who has an artificial (silver) nose. There's no doubt about how memorable Marvin's portrayal is especially the classic shot when the drunk Marvin seated on his horse which also appears worse for drink leaning against a wall. Marvin got an Oscar for the role. Of course Fonda is a delight as the naive schoolteacher. From the novel by Roy Chanslor.
