| Notes | An arms dealer is bent on revenge after the accidental death of his family. His target is the Statue of Liberty. But an 11 year old girl on a school trip reads the lips of the terrorist group as they approach their target. She can communicate only with a tourist who understands her sign language (no teacher?). At this point the bottom falls out of the plot because 1. The tourist is a special forces government agent. 2. He's is there to kill one of the children. But the agent has a heart and puts his job on the back boiler to save Liberty. This isn't good enough for his boss who sends another agent to kill him and carry out his task.
