| | Notes | Remake of 1935 soap (see above) . Will make your eyes sting. Hudson as the playboy has two things on his conscience. In a speedboat accident he is injured and equipment which would keep alive a doctor who is very ill is brought to the playboy's aid. The doctor dies. Then another accident leads to the doctor's widow being blinded. This was a big film at the time and Wyman won an Oscar.
