| | Notes | Four friends, aged 13, are up to all kinds of petty thieving. But when they steal a hot dog stand and it rolls away from them down Subway stairs and kills a man they are sent to reform school. There they suffer under the sadistic guard (Kevin Bacon). Years later when they are out of reform school two of them kill him. The other two are a reporter and an assistant D.A. These two intend to get them off the murder charge.
