Title | Salvador (1986) | Alternative/Original Title | | Disability | Amputee | Country | USA | Length | 123 | Genre | Political thriller | Rating | 4 | Director | Oliver Stone
| Cast | James Woods James Belushi Michael Murphy John Savage Tony Plana
| Notes | Partly an attack on America's policy in Central America but taken over by the characters played by Woods and Belushi. Woods is superb as the journalist drowning in his own sea of lies and deception. Among the crazy, anarchic goings-on is a serious picture of exploitation and brutality. In an early scene on their arrival in Central America we see a young boy who has lost both legs. And this is not Forest Gump he really has lost them.
