| Notes | A film that has a good pedigree but then got cornered by a mongrel. Diane Keaton plays a townie (New York) who goes to a small place in New England to claim her inheritance. She's picked up from station by a one-armed man and is taken to the King Edward hotel where she meets a bunch of tricked-out eccentrics. A guy with a hare-lip reads the will. The will is that of her brother who in his jolly, eccentric way fell off an electricity pole rescueing a cat. The film is apparently based on a one-man off-Broadway show.
