| | Notes | Centres on a young man who has attempted suicide which has left him disabled and who ,in a bar, meets a number of 'fellow suffers' who give him the will to live. Not run of the mill, has its faults but pleasant if you tolerate episodic, rambling films about life. Includes Harold Russell who was the double limb amputee in 'The Best Years of Our Lives' (1946). Russell for that film won a special Oscar which was obviously a career booster. He had to wait only 34 years between films.
