| Cast | Whoopi Goldberg Mary-Louise Parker Drew Barrymore
| Notes | This is a road movie. Three women share a car travelling west. Whoopi Goldberg is Jane a lesbian musician in love with a straight woman. Mary-Louise Parker is Robin who sells real estate and is uptight about hygiene. Drew Barrymore is Holly who is running away from an abusive boyfriend. The film starts slowly developing the characters of Jane and Robin but livens up when they pick up Holly. En route there is some fun and excitement but they have to stop in Tuscon when Robin becomes ill with pneumonia, a consequence of her having AIDS. The tone of the film changes at this point and you might lose interest. But M-L Parker is an accomplished actor, Barrymore is bright and sparkling and Goldberg plays her usual role.
