NotesLooking at the credits you'd think this would be a great film and some have thought so. It tries to create the atmosphere of "Blade Runner" and is like that film set sometime in the near future (though the cars are today's models). But all we get is loud images and loud noise and the distinct impression that this town has only one street. People drive up and down this same street in new cars while on either side shops are on fire and the police are viciously putting down riots. Any self-respecting car owner would divert via Mexico to avoid such a place. The hero sells small CDs of live crime and porn which customers put in a machine and wear a headset and get 'real' thrills. The maker of these CDs has asthma, we know this because he uses a circa. 1995 inhaler. The editing suite and video screens are controlled by a below the knee amputee. If I didn't know better (and I don't) I'd think this film was anti-police. Other people have liked this film much more than I did so have a look at http://imdb.com.
