Chuck Norris (the film's producer) turns up in boy's dreams and in real life. This is real comic book stuff. While appearing to be a kind of spoof movie it also wants to be taken seriously. Chuck Norris' character says "Dreams do come true if you want them bad enough." NO, they do not. Just as people with cancer don't get better just by saying "I'm going to fight this."
